Who we are

LOG Group L.L.C. ("LOG", "we") is a logistics company in Kosovo offering freight forwarding, international transport, customs clearance and logistics consulting. We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at info@log-ks.com or +383 49 467 999.

What this website collects

You can browse this website without telling us who you are. The site has no user accounts and does not run its own database. Like any web server, the server that delivers the pages may keep short technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) to keep the service secure and working.

Fonts and images are served from our own website, so loading a page does not send your data to font or image providers.

Cookies and similar storage

This website does not set cookies and does not store anything in your browser, so there is no cookie banner to answer.

It does not load analytics or marketing tools either. If we ever add them, we will ask for your permission first and update this policy before they run.

When you contact us or request an offer

The request-an-offer form does not send anything by itself: it opens Gmail in a new tab on a computer, or your own email app on a phone, with the details you entered, and you decide whether to send that email (in Gmail, Google handles it under its own terms). When you write or call us, we use what you share to answer you, prepare an offer and, if you become a client, to organise the transport. This usually includes:

• your name, company, email address and phone number;

• shipment details such as origin, destination, dates, goods, weights and dimensions;

• for transport and customs, the information on the shipping and customs documents (for example names and addresses of sender and receiver).

Job applications

If you send us a CV by email, we use it only for recruitment and delete it when it is no longer needed, or sooner if you ask.

Who we share data with

We share personal data only when it is needed to carry out a shipment or required by law: with carriers, warehouses and partners in Türkiye, Slovenia and China, ports and airlines, customs authorities, and providers who run our email and IT. We do not sell personal data.

Transfers outside Kosovo

International transport means that some data travels with the cargo to other countries. We only transfer what is needed for the shipment and work with partners who are expected to protect it.

How long we keep data

We keep enquiries and offers for as long as they are useful for the business relationship, and shipping, customs and accounting records for the periods required by law. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under the data protection law that applies in Kosovo you can ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion or restriction, object to certain uses, and withdraw a consent you gave. Write to info@log-ks.com. You can also complain to the Information and Privacy Agency of Kosovo.

Security

We protect personal data with access limited to the people who need it, secured systems and care in how documents are handled and shared.

We will update this page when our services or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
